What are the most important USA human resources conferences and expositions for HR software and services vendors? The question is somewhat silly. Do you rank them on attendee size? That's not always a good indicator. The answers also vary considerably depending on the type of product or service you sell. The must-attend events for someone in employee benefits are far different than for someone in recruitment. Same goes for diversity versus wellness, training versus worksite security, or labor law versus HR technology. We could produce a top 10 list for each of these HR market segments.
Well, everyone loves a top 10 list, so we decided to create a general list for all HR conferences using HRmarketer.com's Conferences & Events information database (one of the 10 information databases found inside HRmarketer.com).
We looked at two criteria for the 700 or so HR events we track. First, the events that received the most visits inside the software during the last year, and second, which events were most frequently added to a software user's My Favorites list during the same time. We did this for all USA events tracked inside HRmarketer.
