The Most Popular Human Resource Trade Shows

I was running some reports in our HRmarketer.com Events database and thought I would share some interesting findings. One of the features on HRmarketer.com allows our members to add their favorite HR events to their My Favorites. Hundreds of human resource vendors, since our launch of HRmarketer.com in 2002, have added various HR events to their My Favorites. Although we track nearly 700 HR events, the following 15 stand out as the most popular based on our user activity. The list is below. When I find the time, I will publish a similar list for other HR resources we track on HRmarketer.com including Media Outlets, Journalists, EdCals, Blogs, Buyer Guides, Analysts, Associations and Awards.

Enjoy.

Would definitely encourage you to continue to publish these kinds of lists publicly. On the above list, it would also be nice to see a breakout of which conferences pull the most recruiting-related personnel vs. other HR personnel. For many vendors, there is a difference in those audiences!

Glenn - thanks for taking notice and thanks for the suggestion on "a recruiting break-out" list. As many vendors are still making decisions about their 2009 event calendar (and many on whether to keep initial plans and commitments in the face of this recession!), it's a good time to revisit this list and see how we can build upon it. Thanks again, - Jonathan
